About Middle Manager - Middle Manager

Hi, my name is Dinesh, and I am the founder of Middle Manager. I launched this site on 26 September 2021. (Why 26 September? I couldn’t wait for 1 October :P)

I have been a working professional for over 22 years (since 1998), and a middle manager for more than 15 of them – with blue-chip companies in the broadcast media, telecommunications, marine and power generation sectors.

I have a passion for working with people, as well as guiding and mentoring my employees and passionate people who are new to the workforce.

I often search for literature about how to be the best possible manager. They’re out there, just everywhere. I started Middle Manager in the hope of gathering the most relevant thoughts on this topic in one place.

This site will cover everything from managing yourself, managing colleagues (both up and down), managing your time and projects, learning and development – and even the topics that are relevant to all employees during the time of Covid-19: working from home, and well-being.
